Marburg has been described in various ways: as being stuck in the time of the Weimar Republic, with open confrontations between the Left and right-wing fraternities (FAZ newspaper) or as “the social heart of Germany” (Mayor Dr. Spieß). Come to Marburg, form your own opinion about the city and, in addition, plan with us the Ende Gelände actions for 2017!

We warmly invite you the next Ende Gelände meeting at the weekend from the 17th to 19th of February 2017 in Marburg (Hesse).We need you for the preparation of the Ende Gelände actions 2017 in the Rhineland. Be part of the next big steps of the climate movement in 2017!

You never attended a Ende Gelände preparatory meeting before? You are even more welcome! On Friday there will be an opportunity to get to know the structure and processes of Ende Gelände not just, but particularly for newcomers.

The meeting will start Friday at 5:30pm and will end with lunch on Sunday, starting at 1pm.

At the meeting we will discuss the planning steps for the Ende Gelände actions in August and November in the Rhineland. The detailed programme is currently being prepared by the group who takes care of the agenda and facilitation of the meeting. If you have further topics you want to be discussed during the meeting or if you want to be part of the facilitation group: drop them a mail at moderation@ende-gelaende.org .
